What do we mean by "data"?

“Data” refers to any information visible to other Discord users, data provided through bot commands, as well as information voluntarily submitted via our bot's dashboard.

Data Collection

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide—either through using commands or by configuring settings in the dashboard.
Data entered in the dashboard (channel IDs, role IDs, feature configurations, and others) is stored to ensure proper bot functionality and customization on your server. This data is linked to your server ID but not to your personal user account.
We do not store message content, custom statuses, presence information, or any other user-generated content. Messages are only processed temporarily when a command is triggered and are not saved.
Additionally, we collect anonymous analytical data—such as when the bot is added to a server, how frequently commands are used, or when errors occur. This data is used solely to improve the quality of our services and does not identify individual users.

Data Sharing

None of your data is shared with third parties. All collected data is used exclusively for internal purposes, to ensure the functionality of the bot and to enhance user experience. Only authorized team members have access to this data.

Data Deletion

Upon request, we can delete all data associated with your server or account (including dashboard configurations). To request data deletion, please contact us via our support server, which is linked on the homepage.
